                                    5K Run                        Ages 15-19                  (Top Male/ Female)

                                    5K Run                        Ages 30-39                  (Top Male/ Female)

                                    5K Run                        Ages 40-49                  (Top Male Female)

Registration: Register prior to 12/6 for a discounted price of $20.  Register after 12/6 or on race day for $25. 

Sponsors:  Companies and/or Local Heroes wishing to sponsor with a $200 minimum donation, received prior to 11/18, will be thanked on the back of the race t-shirt.  Donations can be returned with this form.
